Typical western restaurant look and feel. BEST FREAKIN WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD. No joke. St. Louis'/Montanas/Firkin don't hold a candle.

can't believe they spent all that money on a new location and reno--it's ugly, too noisy and a waste of space. service was meh, food was meh price was whatever but the wings taste great. i would order wings to go that's it.

I dined in chaps with my family and we all agreed that it stunk. there was horrible service. the food looked like it was put in a blender and it cost between 60-90 dollars. plus our waiter was overweight balding and smelled like KFC. chaps is the worst food building in the world.
