By a country mile.. Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I am a salesman who travels throughout Southern Ontario and Western New York. I have been to many diners during my 27 years on the road. Hundreds of different mom and pop places I would say. Butterballs is by a country mile the worst place I have ever been to. The food is awful. I made the mistake of going there twice. Dinner (fish and chips) were absolutely disgusting. Soggy, burnt, tasteless unknown fish and terrible fries fried in dirty oil. The second time I was forced to give them a second chance because I was starving and ordered a burger. What a mistake! It was thin like a wafer and over cooked into a dry piece of something that can not be called food. The staff are a bunch of rude backwards country folk who are obviously new to the hospitality business. Never again!!!!
